Intermediate Course in Holistic Rehabilitation, Uman City Council

There will be a review of what has already been learnt and observations of the techniques in practice. The Intermediate course focusses of the mechanisms of the mind and the decision making process and how this influences practitioner and patient outcomes in the whole being. We will also look at physiotherapeutic substitution and adjunctive techniques using yoga therapy and trauma informed yoga postures and deeper forms of relaxation using various breathing, meditation and yoga nidra techniques. Ayurveda will continue to underpin the basis of patient assessment and treatment using energetics and fundamental principles. Open to all students who have completed the Foundation Course in Holistic Rehabilitation before July 2026
